Founded in 2004, Delaware Support & Services, Inc. is a (501(C)(3) non-profit agency.  The mission of the agency is to provide services to local governments, particularly counties, and agencies.  Since its inception, we have provided a variety of projects and services to local Delaware County-based departments and to entities located in other New York Counties. We provide our services by identifying the needs of the client and determining our capability to deliver an effective service. We tailor all services for the individual client.

    Delaware County Legacy Corps - The program is a free, community based program established to assist caregivers in what can sometimes be an arduous task in caring for a loved one.
   Health Insurance Information Counseling & Assistance Program
    (HIICAP) - HIICAP educates the public about Medicare, Medicaid,
    managed care, EPIC, and other health insurance options and issues.
     Delaware County NY Connects, Long Term Care Single Point of Entry-  NY Connects is designed to assist people of all ages in need of long term care services regardless of income to obtain reliable and accurate information on local services.
